Where is your office located?

Our office is located in Vinings in the 100 City View Building located at 3330 Cumberland, Blvd. Suite 230, Atlanta, GA 30349.

Is Parking Available?

There is a free parking in the garage adjacent to the building.

Is Insurance Accepted?

  • Dr. Oscar Tanaka is currently in network with Peach State.

  • All other members of our team are out of network.

What are the fees for services?

Fees are set by individual clinicians based on the service(s) provided. Please contact them directly to learn their hourly rates and policies.

What documentation is required to begin services?

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email providing you with access to required documents. Please upload forms or complete them in the client portal provided by your clinician. Hard copies of forms are also available. All documentation must be completed prior to your first meeting.

Are services provided virtually or in-person?

Most clinicians offer services in-person and virtually. Each clinicians policies may change depending upon the CDC guidance and the status of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please speak with your clinician about policies.

I am a new client and did not receive a confirmation email after scheduling an appointment. What should I do?

If you did not received an email to access your documents within 48 hours of confirming your appointment please email us at admin@pipatlanta.com

How can I cancel my appointment?

Clinicians require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please call or email your clinician and the front office within this time frame. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, please contact your provider by email or phone.

My child is a new client. Do I have to be present for the first appointment?

Please check with your individual clinician. Most initial appointments are parent only sessions to discuss further information and treatment plans.
